If you do not know what to sell, do not start with a blank document and brainstorm 100 product ideas.
Start with your audience.
Your next offer is often hiding inside:
The questions people repeatedly ask
The tasks they keep postponing
The tools they find confusing
The mistakes costing them time or money
The result they want but cannot reach alone
This is how my own products developed.
I engaged with people who replied to my posts.
Their questions became new posts.
Those conversations helped me build relationships and business partnerships.
They also showed me which lead magnets and digital products people actually needed.
I did not need to invent a completely new category.
I needed to listen, model what was already working and create a clearer solution for my audience.
Evelina followed the same principle.
She joined the weekly coaching calls and used our Market Research and Sales Page tools.
When she started, she was posting random content at random times and felt stuck.
About 60 days later, she had built an audience of 19,500 followers, generated more than 50 million views, grown an email list of 2,000 subscribers and sold a $297 mentorship before creating it.
Her first client came through Threads.
Trust was built through email.
The offer was packaged after the demand became clear.
That is the sequence:
Listen → Identify the pain → Test the promise → Present the offer → Build what sells
You do not need to begin with a large course.
You can start with an audit, template, workshop, short guide, coaching session or small implementation service.
The format comes after the problem.
Reply with CREATE and tell me:
Who do you help?
What do they ask you about most often?
What result do they want?
I will suggest a simple first-offer format.
